Description

This is my first gaming PC after several several years of being out of the loop. I was going to go for as many white parts as I could while still having decent performance, but I figured I didn't care enough to wait for and then pay the extra amount for the Galax HOF 1070, so the Asus Strix it was, and I am not disappointed. I'll eventually get some white sleeved cables to replace the black ones, but all in good time.

I am mainly gaming on this thing right now and it is working a treat, I'll tell you. Fallout 4 is running a consistent 60 FPS at 1080p Ultra, as is Final Fantasy XIII. Bioshock Infinite is running 300+ fps at 1080p ultra (though obviously I'll only see about 60 of that considering my display's 60hz refresh rate). I haven't run into any problems as of yet except deciding on the fan config I want to go with, especially whenever I decide to change the fans out and add a couple more eventually (considering Corsair's ML120 white fans).

Done and done! And yeah, the door to my front I/0 is loose, but at least it's not broken so I'll fix that at some point.

Nice, now i see that fan cables of that cooler, you could get a zip-tie and tie them togehter then stuff them under the cooler if there is space, thia would make it look a lot cleaner. Also check the direction the cooler fan on the left blowing, i think both of your cooler fans are pulling air out of the cooler, you might wanna change that, so that you have a push-pull configurzon your cpu cooler

Finally got around to fixing the fan orientation issue, and tucked the cables under while I was at it
