Description

Updated prices as requested. Wasn't sure if the requests were for prices as they are now, or when I purchased them. Went with the latter as it would seem to make more sense.

I love this build. The CPU OC'd to 4.72 is cooler under load than my old AMD 8150 3.6GHz OC'd to 4GHz, even with the same cooler used. The video is amazing; only thing I don't like is the reference cooler and how loud it gets, but I'll fix that with an Arctic Accelero Extreme III hopefully soon.

All good but why did you go with the 4820k? The 4770k is better in all area's in your case. You don't need the 16x crossfire speed for 2 cards or the extra ram. You aren't really taking advantage of the x79 chip set without going for a 6 core, more ram, a sli/crossfire set up or lots of ssd's and hdd's.

Yes prices need updated, but the overall build looks good. More pictures would be nice as well.

Updated prices to reflect what they cost when I bought them. Pictures of both systems coming shortly.

=) It's a mish-mash of parts I updated in the last couple months with the parts I was using previously. Motherboard, CPU, GPU and RAM are new. Everything else in this build I had from about 1 1/2 years ago. My HTPC has my old, replaced parts with new case, PWS, HDDs, etc.
