Description

SG13B is the only mITX case I was able to find that fits the interior dimensions of the Pelican 1510 carry-on case. Perfect for traveling to out of state LAN parties like Dreamhack Austin.

The Corsair H75 just barely fits with both fans, and does not block the power supply modular cable slots or the full length GTX 970.

Temps have been pretty good so far, with the GPU hitting 76c and the CPU staying under 45c in game.

I love the build! You seem to have gotten some pretty killer deals on parts?

I've been acquiring the parts slowly for the last 4 months, got the 970 on Black Friday. When you're not in a rush you can snipe good deals over time.

Yeah that was kind of my approach to my build as well. I think I did pretty darn good too.

190$ for a GTX 970?! Damn, that's a good deal. Nice build btw.

Yeah all but the cpu are low and hard to believe. Gift money not included?

Black Friday for the GPU, open box MOBO + MicroCenter combo discount. Ram came with a game code which I sold, etc. The prices are all net to me so I could see how much I spent, not so I could see how much it costs to build again right now.

I understand. I do the same. It's just fun to poke to see the answer.

Btw, how did you fit a 6.3" power supply in that? Silverstone's website says the PSU maximum is 140mm (5.5") or 150mm w/o drive cage and 9.3" gpu (yours is 9.5").

Did you have any problems with the PSU length? I want to get this case, but my current PSU is 6.3" long (according to newegg) which is the same as yours. My GPU is 10.47" long (according to newegg, but I'll have to measure it myself) which will barely fit in the case.

The PSU fits, but you can't use the top 2.5" ssd caddies with it. I just have an SSD floating in the top.

Awesome build! Have you had any issues carrying on an AIO water-cooler? How's flying with it been for you?

the AIO water cooler has been through 4 airports no problem. Get there early so security can be incredibly confused about you though. I always removed the PC from the pelican case before going through security, just like a laptop.

Very nice. I like that Corsair cooling and I hope mini ITX takes over someday.

does the open box Mobo has warranty ?? is it working all right ??

I actually had to return it for a new one, the realtek audio was broken. Probably the last time I try open box to save $30. I have not tried overclocking yet, haven't really needed to.

and what is the overclocked highest frequency of the CPU with the cooler ??

I've built a very similar build using a Cooler Master Elite 130 case, but I need to return it for defects. I think I will get this case instead.

Nice deals btw, and I thought I was getting good deals on a $245 GTX 970 and $45 16GB DDR4 ram.. But I still got a $215 6600K.

Nice rig. Love the boombox thing you have going. I plan on building this exact system in the coming months. With the exact parts. Except maybe an sfx power supply. Is there anything other than the obvious that I should keep in mind?

Thanks.

With a SFX PSU you'll be able to fit the top SSD caddy in, so you'll really be better off than me. But in a few months you can probably throw a 1070 in it instead :D

Hey! Great build!

I'm planning on using this case in my next build (i'm coming off of a Thermaltake Core V1) and I was just wondering how you fit your PSU in there? I have the same model (except with 550w) and PC part Picker says it wont fit. But according to seasonic's website both my model and your model are the same length, so I'm guessing that you had to remove the HDD/SDD bay for it to fit?
