That paint job is sick, thinking about doing a woodland camo job on a PC for my parents.

I was thinking about woodland camo too ,but i didn't find the perfect math colors so i decided to go with light colors . and i think light looks better ;D

Very nice paint job.

My only complaint is the 1333 RAM but probably not a huge deal

Ya it's probably not, just a personal preference i guess. Plus I've seen many people get flack for 1333

An 840 pro(128GB) would have costed around $90. Could have used the extra money on a WD Cavair blue(1TB). Not being a meanie or anything, but only to be careful next time. Anyway I really love the way you got an i5 within $950 WITH OS. +1 for the paint job

Then edit the prices to show that... (. _ . )

Also, the obligatory "Looks good!" statement goes here.

Where can you get an 840 pro for $90? I always see the non pro versions on sale but never pro.

Anyways this is a great paint job and a good, versatile build.

Pffft, I got an i5 within $750 with a $250 GPU. I'd be surprised if he couldn't fit an i5 with such a big budget.

Really nice job on the camo. The only thing that I would change is the power supply. The cooler master is a bad PSU that could fail and take some of your expensive components with it. I would change it out for an xfx, seasonic, corsair HX/AX, or PCPC. Besides that the motherboard is lacking crossfire support but that doesn't really matter if your PSU can't handle it.

I am not planing to do crossfire for now . but yes i will change the PSU shortly .

Sorry i didnt understand the first qustion.

I used a simple spray paint colors of rust-oleum . But befor buing the colors look a them well so the colors will match dont pick up some random colors ;D

Okay awesome, did you sand it all down or just right over ?

if you mean " i was waiting until the first layer was dry " so yes . because if you will not let it dry it will be really massey and you need to cover some spots and if it will be wet the layer on which you put the tape will come of with the tape its took one day to finish the paint . this type of paint dry very fast ( 2030 min) and if its HOT! out side so it will be even lees time.

i hope you understand that ;D

awesome paintjob. all that's needed to finish off the military theme would be the olive-green Corsair Vengeance memory and a Sabertooth motherboard.

I wish i could get all the parts i want but unfortunately i can't . when i was buying this system i did thought i will do Mod so i bought what i thought would be good for gaming

it's definitely not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but a more proper parts to color coordination would've garnered bonus points from me. that being said, it's still a sweet gaming build.

At first I thought this was the white HAF 912 case that I've been dreaming of making myself, but then upon further investigation I discovered that it was a very well done woodland camo paint job!

NICE!!! How did you do it?
