Description

Was really late on the photo sorry, also updated.

The current picture shows the computer built inside of a box (case ception) that allows the air from outside to be forced into the computer, I used to do this only with my entire room. This is not only much more effective but it runs much, much cooler.

I'm currently running a Xeon E3-1230 alongside the GTX 650 Ti 2gb, from Gigabyte and the 640. I run everything mang.

Given how low you're able to keep the temperatures (15°C under load!), are you planning on overclocking it at all? From the specs, I'm getting the feeling that not necessarily gaming or doing serious processing on it, but it seems like a waste not to bump it up a bit.

I run at 4.5Ghz. The temps where taken at 3.3Ghz (Stock). And I usually run game servers and games.

I don't believe the temps. Just because the software on the PC says it doesn't make it true either. 0 at idle would pretty much mean that the room you're in is at least 0 C if not colder, and would also mean your CPU is at freezing temp.

Not to mention it looks like each core is measured individually, the coolest in your picture being 13 which in itself is 55 F.

I agree completely, but it's accurate: http://i.sharefa.st/g7blT9fkn2j0.jpg that's pre-gtx 650 but whatever. I live in washington, very cold here.

Getting 0° under load! You have a nice PC... but you might want to consider investing a little bit of money in heating.

You could've dropped the extra 4GB of RAM and put that into a better GPU like a 650 TI.

I'm running a Gigabyte 650 Ti 2gb with it. I needed the 16gb ram because I run a lot of game servers while gaming etc.

Finally a legit reason for a gamer to have 16GB of RAM, just like me.

;D My work has a Xeon E3-1230 that I might be buying if it's not sold soon. Switch to that obviously

How is the EVGA GeForce GT 640? I'm planning on buying that card for my build and I wanted to know how it held up playing some games.

I stopped using it a long time ago, but it would play skyrim on ultra settings by default.
