This is mainly being used to stream media. As well as convert media and record it. It is capable of running certain games just fine. No overclocking needed.

(All of these parts were purchased at Microcenter.)

-AMD Ryzen7 3700x I am so amazed by AMD's processors my other gaming build is using a 2700x and it is amazing as well as this one. So decently priced and includes a fancy stock fan.

-Corsair Vengeance LPX 16gb-Nicely priced memory for a decent performance.

-The Lian Li PC-011 case itself looks great but managing it is not that great. You have to screw in quite a lot of screws to install all hard drives and certain types do not fit right. Also the glass scratches very easily and leaves finger prints. In my opinion, this case is for people that have a lot of patience.

-Inland Premium 1tb M2 ssd is a hell of a deal for the performance it gives it blows the regular sata ssd's away.

-Powercolor Radeon RX 590 Since I am not going to be doing that much gaming on this build I decided to go with this nicely priced video card. Which actually runs Starcraft 2 just fine on Ultra settings.

-I have moved 3 HDD's from another build to transfer over. The total amount of space being around 15tb.

I understand your logic, but i have to say that your gpu stands out like a sore thumb amidst all the pretty high end parts. A great build none the less. +1
