Description

It served me well for 5 years, now I'll be moving on to a new PC. Not much work was put into this build, unfortunately. A non-modular power supply, DDR3-1333 RAM and a water-cooled FX-4100?

My dad built this when I was 7, and when I suggest minor cable management, he wants to wait till "another time" to do that, as we are in the process of moving right now...

So, it survived through the days of little me playing Roller Coaster Tycoon 3, Windows 7, 8, 7 again, 8, and 10, 3 different GPUs, two different power supplies, two different cases, two motherboards, and two sets of RAM, I think it did what it was meant to do. For now I'm stuck on it, but hopefully I can make the transition to its big brother Zen later this year.

Peace!

Awesome. +1 for the lack of cable management. Hey if it works, roll with it.

Lol, at least you have a lot of desktop PCs to choose from (sees 6 builds on Goober's profile)

Lol dang. Well technically one is my daughter's, one is my youngest son's, one was for a friend at work, one is an ancient Apple IIe, one is my oldest way too big first time build and one is the little one I put together for him to use at college. I still haven't built myself one yet.

Thanks! Just a bit miffed that my dad just had to go with a non-modular power supply

Cable management is heavy, there's vomit in his chassis already, mom's spaghetti.

I don't get it, but A+ for effort
