Description

After 2 years, I decided it was time for a new case. Was checking around for cases, similar to the corsair spec-03 I owned, but couldn't find anything that suited my needs and demands. Out of the blue I fell on the phanteks enthoo pro M acrylic window and I guess I could say that.. I kinda fell in love with it ^

As soon as I received the case, I took out the small parts and painted them all red to match my scheme better. I also took time to clean all my parts and undust them.

The build is now complete apart from I custom sticker I made which is coming tomorrow (lone wolf in red letters to stick on the gpu / hdd cover)

The case, however lacking sound dampening materials, is still relatively silent, keeping in mind that I use a fan controller and fans with rubber mountings

I've never been happier with my personal rig than with this case!

Hope you guys like it too & feel free to ask questions about the parts or give feedback about the build

rofl, PC so hot, had to read the comment to find out about the bewbs poster!

Also I thought with a mobo of that price range, the build in sound system would be pretty decent, didn't really need an external sound card. Unless ofc you already had that sound card instead of leaving to collect dust you decide to make use of it.

Very neat build by the looks on the pictures you taken :D (upvotes)

(Btw, your title says 41.0GHz clock rate, I'm pretty sure that is quite technologically impossible at this very given state of our evolution...)

Haha cheers! Well I had issues with my. Surround speaker system and the mobo.. Crackling noises.. Only clear sound from. The front speakers. All these little annoyances got fixed after installing the soundcard

Damn... I want that case for my build. I can't wait for it! Every build I see using it looks amazing. That full side window showcases everything.

Does that backlighting really make a difference on your eyes? Or is it more of an aesthetic thing? I was thinking to do something similar when the Hue+ extensions come out.

I used the ikea led light kits on the back of my screen.. Rbg. Yes it makes a big diff if it's white or similar light! My eyes don't hurt anymore after gaming sessions

What possible influenced you to put your sound card in the top PCIE lane? Rather than your graphics card?

Purely because it looks better. I switched it before because that's how it should be.. But i didn't like the looks.. Plus it works fine now

Hey, just curious, what did you use to paint the case parts? I'm considering doing the PCI-E slot covers, Phanteks HDD cover things on the right and hadn't thought of the grommets. Looks great though, imo!

Nice build.

hey! the metal parts i did with ceramic paint, holds very well and covers nicely. The rubber pieces (cable holes) are best done with something like plastidip. Thanks! I love it ^

Awesome, never thought of ceramic paint. Was going to try spray paint. Nice build and thanks for the tip.
