Description

So I all I wanted for christmas was money for later, but I play CSGO and only get 9 fps. I thought that I would get a new PC and not a pre-made like a iBuyPower or ASUS PC for 1.5 Grand but build my own.

I went with the i3-4130 cause it's a cheap CPU and I didn't really need anymore because I wanted to spend more on my GPU card than my CPU.I wanted an extra fan so my PC could be overclocked and I like the EVO cause its quiet unless you put it in on a slight diagonal (I fixed it already) and it has a small buzzing sound. ASRock H97M I like because it was a cheaper one than a Fatal1ty gaming motherboard. RAM and storage I only really needed 8GB and 1TB nothing too much maybe get another TB of storage if I want to stream. The EVGA GeForce GTX 960 is one of my favorite GPU cards because its not overly priced and works perfectly fine. I only need 2GB for now maybe add another GPU card in the future. PS was nothing much I only use 250W at the moment so no need to upgrade anytime soon. Lastly, the case that I was going to go for was out of stock was the Tesseract SW ATX case because it had lights but the BF is basically the same thing without lights and has plenty of room for cables/fans.

The only cons i really have in this build is that for my DVD drive is it makes a medium boot up sound, nothing major, but I just think it does that cause its cheap and I really only needed it for my disk installations and to set up Windows 10.

I know, I don't have a real desk yet, I will update the pictures after my desk is refurbished. (the leg broke off while moving houses :( )

I wouldn't pick a board ranked #2 by the manufacturer itself, this sounds a bit biased! +1 for going custom vs prebuilt, welcome to the world of builders.
