Description

I had this mobo/CPU for a while and ended up getting a new GTX 750 TI to check them out. Ended up upgrading my main PC to a R9 290X and figured I throw the 750 TI into this old clunker. 290 KHs is good enough for me. PSU is making some sounds so that might need to get upgraded soon.

Need to clean up cables... I know. =/

I was just thinking recently how I definitely don't miss the old days of PATA cables.

As someone who's using an 7 year old pc with similar stats, it doesn't do too bad. Nothing amazing. Not playing the new RE or anything on it but it still hums, can play **** like Fallout 4 with decent graphics. Depends what else was in the case to begin with; have an AMD 8120 on a GB GA-970A-D3 with a 750 TI SC version and 16 GB of mem. Considering upping the mobo to an Asus M5A mini board and bumping the cpu up to the supersolid 3150 series just for kicks at this point. Did a build list with the better parts just to make my pc all blue/black.

Running the same kind of build. Still holding up quite nicely after 7+ years. Not mining on it, but still. Hope you're having fun with it.
