Description

My first build that I'm going to using for gaming, surfing and work. Was going for a black and gold build, but the pcb shines brown in my camera flash.

I would have probably gone with a WD black as opposed to Seagate but other than that it's looking real good. Some sick cable management :)

Thanks for the compliment! I tend to be pretty meticulous about stuff like that. I was also waiting for a WD Black, but I got an excellent deal on the seagate from a local chain (sub $40), so I went ahead and pulled the trigger.

I think they look good. I actually want to do the same thing to some other parts of my computer. How many coats did you have to do?

About 6 coats with 30 minutes of drying between coats. Im very happy how they turned out.

Is there a reason behind the name? Did you by chance have Mr. Brown for precalculus?

When I take a picture, the pcb shines brown, effectively making the inside look like a UPS truck. I was going for the black and gold color scheme of the Lotus F1 Team.

Haha, that makes sense, nice build. My teacher's motto is "What can Brown do you?" , so I was just wondering.

Here you go! I did the best I could do with the current lighting conditions. I'll try and take a few better ones this evening once the sun goes down.
