EDIT6 I just got some new white keycaps for my keyboard to finally tie the whole rig together. Really loving the contrast on them! EDIT5 I decided to go with a clear plastic front for the "eyes" on the case. The red LEDs I got are not high intensity so they glow just the right amount during the night and just a little bit during the day. Love the cleaner look without the blue. I also have replaced the LED in my Deathadder now to white and I turned off the one on the wheel. Love that look too. I have turned off the green LED strip that I had originally installed in the machine. I may someday replace it with red or white. EDIT4 Just made a small modification. Ever since I bought the In Win case (That I LOVE BTW) there was one thing that just bugged me. The front HD LEDs and the Power Button LED were all a super bright blue. I just replaced them all with some great looking red LEDs. Until it get's darker in here I am not sure how well it looks. I removed one of the front "frosted plastic" "eyes" where the HD LEDs are located so I can see with and without at the same time. If it looks good without, I will replace the plastic with clear or semi-dark plastic to cover the holes instead of the blue they used. I will more than likely go this route, but I want to see how it looks before I commit. But I do gotta say that now the power button looks much more rocking and with the Guild Wars 2 theme I've been after. I still have a few other lines and things in the case that I would like to eventually get rid of and I would LOVE to get some new braided power lines inside, but for now the straight black actually looks really good.

EDIT3 Just upgraded to windows 10, this things now SCREAMS with newest DX12

EDIT2 I have gotten a new processor to the 8350 and now I have a new PSU.

EDIT The monitor has arrived and I have added the photos. My Nokia 1520 is broken currently but once I get my screen delivered and I fix it, I will use it to take much better photos deserving of the rig. I can tell you the pictures aren't doing it justice. It is truly glorious!

I reused my EVO, motherboard, Ballistix RAM, Naga, and PSU from my first build, everything else was purchased new in the last few weeks. I haven't benchmarked yet but I will soon. Once I get time I will put the prices, but will take digging out emails and login's for websites.

I love GW2, and I just recently purchased Watch_Dogs and now that the rig is done, I will start looking into other games. I have steam with quite a few games on it and once I get my hard drives rearranged and settled I will start to redownload my collection.

I have edited prices as much as I could. I had a previous mobo and crossfired 7790s and the mobo fried. I traded one of the 7790s off on /r/hardwareswap for the gigabye mobo I have now so no real price could be assessed. Bought the Naga at walmart awhile back, I'm sure the price has come down since I bought it. The speakers I got from my mother for christmas.

Thanks. I couldn't remember what brand of ram I had originally and wanted to add another 8 GB. When I was at the store it was all corsair so I went for it. Will see if it causes any issues.

i shouldn't cause problems but it will put some un need stress on the mobo but nothing it can't handle

4 months now and not a single problem. And since Arenanet is finally updating code, every release I seem to be getting better and better FPS. All other games besides MMOs it blows the water out of them all on ultra, but I still lag in huge world boss fights because of the coding for AMD sucks

Nice build bro, but I figured you'd know that GW2 likes Intel more. It uses the CPU quite a bit and a lot of times the 8350 will cause frame drops. Take it from a fellow 8350 owner who happens to play GW2 from time to time.

Yea I did but I was looking at trying to save a little bit of cash and I already had the mobo, just required getting the 8350. I originally was looking at going for a 4790 but got convinced to just stay with AMD and save some cash.

Only had it for one full day so far. I like it so far but I don't have a real review for it yet. The clicky is perfect for me, the noise is nominal unless I'm really typing. Has great response, has the LED color I wanted and the ability to change the set of what is lit. The extra controls on it makes it exactly what I wanted. I haven't had a long session with it yet but so far the wrist guard seems to be just about right.

Hey man I built a build using the same case and can't seem to get the front two blue lights above the optical drive bays to stay lit. They seem to flash on and off. Are they supposed to be like that or should they be solid?

Those are for the hard drive. Ad the hard drive has read/writes they flash up. I'm sure you could wire them so they are on constant, but their intended use is off the hard drive header on the mobo so they flash with activity.

I have not had any problems with it at all. I has the ability to overclock easily, but due to my current (no pun intended) power supply, I have to wait on overclocking.

That PSU is pretty sketchy, maybe go with a Corsair CX500 or CX600. Something with 80+bronze or up efficiency.

I had it left over from a previous build. Been using it for about what two months now in this new build. I tried overclocking but due to all my hard drives (storing tons of movies, tv shows, music, pictures which I wont get rid of, this serves as the backend for all our tv's and htpc's in the house, we have not had cable in almost 5 years) and the bigger cpu/gpu than what were running on it before, the psu wasn't holding up. I have dialed down any overclocking and I am gingerly using my PC until I by a new psu. Looking at a 750-850w bronze depending on how much money I have.
