Why didn't you tighten up your watercooling loop? Also, you really need to work on your cable management (if you could call what you have that). Decent component choice, but you really need to work on cleaning things up.

For cable mangement: pull all power cables that you are not using (which I know is at least one or two PCIe connectors) out of the power supply, also, pull all cables back behind the motherboard tray and tie them together with twist (or zip) ties so that the side panel will lay flat when you close it back up. This will improve your air flow in the case. (I know that there is enough room to cable manage all of your sata and case cables in that case).

For the watercooling loop: if you shorten your runs you will improve compatibility and the overall astetic of the loop. For instance, you can cut quite a bit off of the one running from your rad to your pump. Then the both of the ones on your CPU block can be shortened quite a bit.

Also, make sure that you connect up those USB ports for the front of your case. There really isn't a reason to not have them connected.

Hope this helps. I apologize if I sound harsh, there is just quite a bit I would change.
