Angry_Plzen 11 points 33 months ago

don't see many 780s, +1

bndk submitter 1 Build 7 points 33 months ago

Yeeea, genuine hardcore power from 2013 !

h0pz 2 points 33 months ago

My friend is selling me his GTX 780 soon for 100$, this'll be good!

bndk submitter 1 Build 3 points 33 months ago

I think 780 for 100 bucs is a gift ! At least here, in my region :)

h0pz 1 point 33 months ago

yeah, it's pretty much a gift. definitely a great price

h0pz 1 point 33 months ago

yeah, haha, i scored hard. it's an asus 780

Wolfemane 7 Builds 8 points 33 months ago

That cable management whistles. That's a talent I am incapable of! Nice job, slick looked rig!

bndk submitter 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Nice to hear that people like my job ! Not that hard to be honnest ;)

NeonThought 4 Builds 5 points 33 months ago

Such color, many clean! Wow.

bndk submitter 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Thanx

Superman_910 4 points 33 months ago

AliZaHand 3 points 33 months ago

Very Sexy! and Clean.

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Thanx ;)

ComputerBubbles 1 Build 3 points 33 months ago

Yes. Yes. A million times yes. Love the g10s on the 780s and also for sticking with older hardware. But why did you take off those beautiful asus coolers? Also beautiful case, cablework and everything. Great job

bndk submitter 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Thanx mate, I love the DCII coolers too, but dropped temps from 89C to 56-57C under overclock worth it !

manbo 1 Build 3 points 33 months ago

I give this build a rating of: Sex. Well done. That cable management in the back is making me all hot under the collar, haha!

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Ahah, thanks !

OrangeRedBull 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

That braided power cord is sick did you make that yourself??

bndk submitter 1 Build 3 points 33 months ago

Thanx, yes I did it. Only 2h of work by the way ;)

Matthewtina2015 2 Builds 1 point 33 months ago

Only :)

Doubled073 1 point 33 months ago

how did you do that by the way

MaxTheMoose 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Very clean build, super well done. I love the clean tubing routes and the superb cable management

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Thanx, insane case for cable management and building in it was very easy !

FcoEnriquePerez 2 points 33 months ago

That rig looks hot! Water cooling on GPUs makes it look so cool.

JoshKuslock 2 Builds 2 points 33 months ago

How do you like the gpu cooling setup?

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

I'm really happy with how they perform. With stock DCII coolers I had up to 90C in overclock and closed case doors, now it's 55-60C depending on the ambient temps in the room.

JoshKuslock 2 Builds 2 points 33 months ago

Dang, this makes me wanna try this lol

ABorderlineBuff 2 points 33 months ago

Never thought I'd say this, but those NZXT Kraken brackets actually look good

bndk submitter 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

I had the exact same feeling when first assembled them, but when I managed to leave the DCII backplates and sides on the GPU together with the G10's, it turned out pretty nice :)

ABorderlineBuff 1 point 33 months ago

For sure! :D

Have the x31 coolers been noisy? I'm thinking about putting on on my 390 but I want a quiet build

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

The pumps a bit noisy on auto RPM, they both have the NZXT's cracling pumps (possibly they are defective), but with pumps on full speed the cracling noise dissapears and I can barely hear them, so it's ok for me !

waffle502 3 Builds 1 point 33 months ago

Cool, thanks!

Asus_nipeR619 2 points 33 months ago

The 780 is pro

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

exactly !

Asus_nipeR619 2 points 33 months ago

A passionate gamer's setup, gratz mate.

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Thanx !

PCIntake 2 points 33 months ago

780's in a build at this time??

Cleanest f***ing cable management on earth???

A monochromatic setup with no cables in sight????

I'ts wet, it's hot, it's sexy, 100/10 would bang

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Thank you, even 3 years old 780s are still rocking badly, overclockable as hell :)

MattyC51237 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

I have to say, i love the commitment to a single color palette. I am curious where did you get the braided PSU Power Cable from? I have a white/red build and I'd love to use a similar cable. Thanks and a really nice build man.

bndk submitter 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Thank you, I made it myself. As I mentioned in earlier comment it was really easy, 2h of work and a lot of fun and prettiness after :)

MattyC51237 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Huh, I just might have to give that a try for myself. Any tips before i get started?

bndk submitter 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Here is the topic after which I decided to made this power cord, pretty straightforward if you have the tools and the components.

MattyC51237 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Thank you so much.. I really am thinking that I am going to try and pull this off for my main build. I think it would look incredible with the rest of my red/white theme

Redwhistle 2 points 33 months ago

I'm probably the umpteenth person to say this, but great job on your cable management. I lost a good five seconds of breathing thanks to it.

And great work on the colour scheme of the entire setup. You should be proud of yourself.

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Thank you man, this is how things turn out if you dedicated and do it for yourself :)

Redwhistle 1 point 33 months ago

Congrats on the feature, guy. You really deserved it.

mb67 5 Builds 2 points 33 months ago

Your rig is SPOT ON! I love the color coordination, it's clean, and well thought out!

I've got the same cooler (Captain 240) and your setup gives me some ideas on how I should go forward with my build. Thanks! (http://pcpartpicker.com/b/dQr7YJ)

CharlieDaJedi 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

A real beaut. Solid color theme and obvious effort to keep everything tied together. And cable management is fantastic. I read in a previous reply you said it wasn't too much work, but what effort you did put in obviously shows and resulted in a near pristine looking setup.

Dsn246 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Geez, I Hope to get to this level soon haha. Clean looking and amazing cable management.

Luigiox 3 Builds 1 point 33 months ago

I'm here just cause of the ebay mouse mat. (Been a month waiting on mine.)

All jokes aside +1, nice setup.

Deepcool fan? Wish I would of gone with a bigger case.

imawesomeali 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Congrats on the feature! (And stealing it from me lol ;D) Cable management on this is amazing, sweet machine!

bndk submitter 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Thanks !

HardDrive99 1 point 33 months ago

How much did you pick the 780's up for? +1 for godly cable management

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Thanks, the gpu's were picked up new in 2013, so the price tag was ...

alvin117 1 point 33 months ago

I have a question where do you get those cables?

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

All of the cables in my build hand made by me and a guy from our local overclockers forum.

motherpugger94 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Awesome build man, where'd you get that fancy braided power cable?

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

This post inspired me to make it and may help you too !

philphaser 12 Builds 1 point 33 months ago

I like the orange so much, i'm trying to force my mind to accept it as genuine and not hue-adjusted.

quzar469 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

how's the deepcool cooler, i was planning on buying it but many reviewers said that the motor died after a few months

potatomanflavor 3 Builds 1 point 33 months ago

Sweet looking build! How much of that 32GB RAM can that i5 use?

rosswalker 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

This is a really nice build, everything is well put together and a nice setup.

Good job, +1 for 780's :)

sniperpro 1 point 33 months ago

Deterium 1 point 33 months ago

One word.. Beautiful! This is a super clean build mate! And yes like others have said, it's good to see some 780's! =D

Great job!

chdrummer 1 point 33 months ago

Who did you get the psu cables from? Looks sick

ThePacklemore 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Great Upgrade! Those cables might look even better with cable combs.

Berfs1 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Nice job. I like the fact that you put liquid cooling to dual 780s. Gonna do some serious OC? Good luck!

MyNameIsLucid 4 Builds 1 point 33 months ago

Cable management is crazy. Def a +1 from me, my god

nuked24 4 Builds 1 point 33 months ago

CrimzonSlayeRx 1 point 33 months ago

Faizan 1 point 33 months ago

I know an EVOLV case when I see one...

f16poom 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

That cable management 0.0!

+1

breakerion 2 Builds 1 point 33 months ago

I'm tired of black/red builds, but the overall feel and style of yours made me come home from work just to be able to login and give the Arrow Up! to this after I saw it at work, lovely combo, I envy your monitor and wallpaper :p cheers for the effort!

bndk submitter 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Thank you, appreciate your feedback !

BingoFishy 1 point 33 months ago

Need more descript. Moar pictchores. Highar resolution pictchores too.

jefffrazee 1 point 33 months ago

I would definitely recommend using cable combs, other than that, nice!

rockinbassist21 1 point 33 months ago

Nice build, and cable management. Random: What mouse pad/mat is that?

OPSynergy 1 point 33 months ago

beautiful build!

Allik 1 point 33 months ago

sweeet cable management!!! +1

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 33 months ago

Thank You !

j.diermayr 1 point 33 months ago

Just a quick question. Is there any space in this case to mount fans under the top cover as I am thinking of a push pull setup on the same AIO? What would you say the overall building was like in this case? Thank you

j.diermayr 1 point 33 months ago

Just a quick question. Is there any space in this case to mount fans under the top cover as I am thinking of a push pull setup on the same AIO? What would you say the overall building was like in this case? Thank you

bndk submitter 1 Build 2 points 33 months ago

Unfortunately there is no space under the cover to fit the fans, but you can do push/pull under the removable bracket. It will cover the half of the internals of the pc, so you will not see the "reactor" cpu block!

jcbhammond 1 point 33 months ago

Awesome!

AceOfSpadez6969 1 point 32 months ago

question hows the monitor

and sick build

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 32 months ago

Thanks :) I love it ! I not care much about TN or IPS, so G-Sync together with 144hz on a TN panel is just good for me. Also, at that time when I bought it there were no IPS high refresh/g-sync monitors. Now it's still pricey so possible its better to get an IPS with same specs.

CrimzonSlayeRx 1 point 32 months ago

QUick Question, does that cooler come with a thermal paste?

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 32 months ago

Yes, I think every coller shipped with thermal paste pre applied

byrne092 1 point 32 months ago

Beautiful Build!

I had a quick question because it is hard to tell on a lot of the build using this case. Is your case black? If so, did you paint your back covers black, because they definitely look white in the pictures on newegg/amazon.

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 32 months ago

The case is black, yes the covers were white and I painted them black.

zahir414 1 Build 1 point 32 months ago

Why not spend an extra 100$ and get the 6700k?

bndk submitter 1 Build 1 point 32 months ago

Pretty simple, I don't need an i7 :)

XxPCbuilder2016xX 1 point 31 months ago

Hey how's that mobo? Also nice build!

snivyguy 1 point 29 months ago

I'm amazed at how clean everything is btw what are you using to cool the gpu's?

Gorilla_Mophead 1 point 27 months ago

Hey, first off exceptional build obv! I love the use of the G10 brackets, I am planning a build that will remarkably similar to yours. I have just one gtx980 that I am going to connect a h105 to with the help of the g10. I also have an h90 for my cpu. I am having some trouble deciding on placement in the case (same as yours). I love your build so much, where would you place the rads if you were in my shoes? I also have extra fans so I would love to arrange for push pull on both of them. Do you think that would be possible?

Shift831 1 Build 1 point 26 months ago

I love the way you have double water cooled sli GPUs and the red kraken mounts look amazing together. +1000 if I could I love your build. Also the captain 240 is a personal favorite of mine its so pretty and it goes with the setup super well.

PRTECH 1 point 19 months ago

Great build! Found this by looking for builds that used those fans.
