I've been adding to this build every once in a while for about 2 years maybe. Recently though, I've been focusing more on my desk and making everything just look clean. I've got A LOT of **** to sell after upgrading some things. Maybe in the future I'll add another LG monitor for a 3 way setup like I used to have. Also it's my dream to build a custom water loop for this guy. Maybe when I have the time/funds. The setup needs new lights in the case since my current LED strips have gone wonky. Also looking to add more LED strips to the back of the monitors for a little extra touch.
Extra note: The two PNY SSD's are running in RAID 0 for a total of 480gb storage with that extra 2tb external Seagate. REALLY need to add more SSD storage... I'm suffering...
Also wanted to point out that the Corsair 760t case makes the system itself look tiny. There's so much open space on the right side of the case. One day I hope to fill that space with the reservoir of my cooling loop ;) but for the time being, it's just open space and that bothers me.
For those who are interested in the desk itself, I hopped on the IKEA bandwagon that's been going around. I went to IKEA and got a kitchen countertop (74" long) and two Alexa drawer sets. total was ~$200.
Overall I'm really satisfied with the setup so far. There will always be improvements to be made, but for a poor college student, this is really awesome for me.
