Description

Mainly used for League of Legends. I get 500FPS... LOL! Such a waste of an awesome machine, yet I don't mind :) UV LED strips to make the UV reactive white cables as well as the storm trooper glow beautifully. Runs cool and fast!

1440p IPS monitor runs everything amazingly!

Nice build man! All you needed was maybe a 960 or 970 for LoL though man lol

Thanks! I know, mang :) Just playing with that comment about needing the 2 980's. I like to run everything I play as fast as I can..

Great build however the monitor you've selected in your parts list says it's an 1080p 144mhz screen. Is that correct? Cos your description says 1440p that's all. Otherwise your rig is perfect for a 1440p 144 mhz screen! I'm going to buy that cable kit for my next PC it's way better than extension cables.

I used that benq for a value placeholder because my monitor is a korean one that can't be found on pcpartpicker.

Hey now, the comment I made about League of Legends was a facetious one meant only to entertain! :) I play every game out there. Ranging from KotOR to Witcher 3. I play amazingly actually and the 32GB RAM helps with quite a few of the higher end games I play and allows me to stream and run many other things in the background. 32GB isn't needed no doubt, but I enjoy the headroom.

You really don't need 32 GB of RAM to play LoL, but I guess if you're happy that's all that matters.

I have to agree with Snow... I don't know that I would call it future proof as much as I would say over kill. In 5 years I don't think LoL will need two 980s and one is plenty. If you plan to do more with the build, then I'm sure we'd love to heat about it. Any additional information would be great since you spent so much on it.

What about your case? Why did you choose it? I have to say it's one of my least favorites, but it has some uses I hear (never any description, just, it's big and useful).

Thank you for the +1 there, mate :) I do indeed agree with you. However, I don't believe it's honestly overkill for the likes of Witcher 3 or GTA V.
