Most games at high quality run at 90 FPS, sometimes drops to 70, depending on the game. It should be able to run VR games, not sure.

Monitor

HDMI and certain graphics cards will not work when opening any application, this is fixed by using DP though, otherwise it's a great monitor.

Amazing response, spams a certain key at first but fixed by clicking "reset to default" in ROG Armoury

Mouse

Amazing response too, works well with TUF K5 keyboard

Headphones

sometimes cuts out, but good quality

Speakers

If you don’t mind me asking, why do you need a wired network card with a 10 Gbps Ethernet port? 1 Gbps isn’t fast enough for you?

I forgot to remove that, my new motherboard came with it's own port. I used to have a really bad one.
