Description

This is a computer I built for a friend, I got some good black friday deals!

Update: He wanted a better graphics card, we were looking and they weren't that much more for a gtx 1070 or 1070 ti. So we return the 1060 and got a one of the cheapest gtx 1070 ti on the market at the time. I will update with more pics when it comes in!

So it came in, but just as it came in, the RTX 2060 came out with a little more performance for a little less. We are just going to stick with the GTX 1070 Ti, unless he wants more, still a beast of a card.

The parts list that EVGA P2, but the pictures show you have a GQ, instead.

The EVGA P2 power supply was on back order so I had to get a temporary one so he could use the system until the EVGA P2 came, which it has come in since then.

Nice build

But did you need to update your BIOS to support 9th gen or no?

Z390 Boards don't need a bios update to support 9th gen, which made this build easy to set up.

Ive heard the 9600k preforms about the same as the 8600k, Im not 100% sure though.

The 9600k is slightly faster, but the real difference is the Spectre and Meltdown Hardware fixes that have been done, plus its a soldered IHS.
