Description

I dont even know what to say, this build was an accident i meant to go with a cheaper build but i bought the Asus rampage V x99 for 600 bucks forgot that it wasn't compatible with 1150 sockets, and i was in a rush to grab a mother board, and boom i landed with this one it was too late to return it when i finally had enough to buy everything else, anyways long story short i landed with this monster, aside from the crappy storage i am grabbing an SSD and a better hard drive , because this right here is making my PC feel like it belongs in a 10 year old pc, aside from that its amazing, fps on cs maxs out at 420, CPU OCed it to 4.3 ghz at 55ish degrees under benchmark, i had it at 4.6 and it was still the same temp but 4.3 was good enough. Found no reason to OC my GPU since im getting another one and yes i know i could have gotten a better GPU but this was cheaper where i lived and it was available just wanted to see it up and running. still need to include more fans and exhaust but atm its fine cuz its in the basement and its literally freezing down here all the time no problems keeping my rig cool. It is my very first build had fun doing it scared the crap out of me sometimes because wires went lose and the pc wouldn't start and it would turn on but the fans wouldn't go even after putting all the wires back into their place still wouldn't go but i trouble shot it and it worked after some time, when you spent over 2k on something and it doesn't work it really pisses you off, hence why doing this as my first build with such a crap load of cash going into it is risky and pretty dumb, but i wanted to build something above average, hitting 10500 on benchmark could be getting it higher but ill touch that up later. WELL THAT'S IT MYYYYY FIRST DAMN BUILD.

  • Just added an ssd, m.2, and the new monitor will put up new pic's soon.

O jeez... next build make sure you do a bit more research before purchasing. And it's probably better to buy all the parts at once rather than buying some parts and waiting for others to come in.

i realized my mistake after the fact lol , and ya i was a little to eager. I have 3 people who want to buy this already so my next build will be more prepared.

If I were you I'd place the build on your desk. The PSU is sucking in air thtough the bottom of your case right above your carpet. The amount of dust in your PSU will explode if you dont clean the dust-filter every day.

Already sold it XD, lol but ya the new one i just built i have it elevated off the ground, thank you for the insight tho it was only temporary didn't want something that expensive on such a small desk chances of falling were very high since the desk shakes so easily. appreciate your kindness :).
