Description

overclocked cpu to 4.6, and it stays cool with a low fan speed. the graphic card runs pretty hot and loud. So I added an aio cooler. and I replaced h110gt with h100gtx

Video Card

runs very hot, the cooler is good, but you need a big case and great airflow for this card, performance is solid for the price

Have the same card and it runs super hot. Literally idle at 60C and 80+C on load damn. Fans should really face at that card.

replaced the fractal design intake fan with the noctua f12 for the gpu intake. the temp is okay now but my room is really hot. don't know if I should add more 80mm fans at the bottom

80mm fans are too damn loud! Just sayin. Even if you put them in low RPM mode!

I though you needed it for rendering because you have choose the 8GB R9 390 (no one really used in the past 8GB of vram unless he is rendering) so i deduced that you need this pc as workstation (my siblings do autocad and when they try to run numerous other programs for shading and texturing ram get filled up quickly, as for gaming 8GB is enaugh

I have a r9 390 and my brother has a gtx 970 the difference In gpu temps under load aren't all that big you would have the same complaint no matter what there is a 6 degree difference if you need proof I will give it to you and I'm using Windows 10 drivers no problem I wonder why your having problems

maybe because I never had other gpu so I don't know :)

but it is seriously hot, I water cooled it with nzxt g10 and x31 and it is still running at 70c when furmarking and noctua f12 fan at 100% (But the top duct filter is really thick though)

Do you have your corsair radiator set up as a push or pull?

push, by the way h110gt won't really fit, i can only screw in 4 screws, and the pump died so I rma it and got refund and switched to h100gtx, which fits and I mounted the rear 140 fan as intake with a dust fliter. also water cooled the graphics card with nzxt g10 and x31
