Description

This build was a long one, as I have no income I opted for used parts I buy here and there. It worked beautifully and arguably looks the part. I used this primarily for gaming and homework, it worked perfectly for long-term power sessions and not so much with rendering as the 8120 is single-threaded. I will add more information to this later as I don't have much time for details.

(Also, the prices I listed as $0.00 I were just stuff I had lying around or received for free. The GTX 690 was bought out of state on vacation as a souvenir, I thought that was pretty cool.)

Here is a chart off nvida's website. It will give you a basic understanding of how the GPUs fall in terms of performance. Although, some will be better than other at certain situations.

Link: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-690/performance

EDIT: This website will let you compare two graphics cards. I have heard not all of the results are accurate, but it's a good place to start. http://gpuboss.com/compare-gpus

gpuboss is extremely biased, would take their results with a grain of salt

Yeah that's what i mean with not all of there results are accurate. It should still give an idea of performance though, as long as you fact check.

Where do I find the EVGA B-stock stuff? I want low price graphics cards.

They update it once they get more in stock so I usually check once in a while. You have to be quick though because they usually only have 1-2 for the older graphics cards.

Hi, noob here. I love the top and how the blue radiates from it. Is that from the LEDs you purchased? I'd love to get mine to look like that
