Description

So ummm... Its my PC that I built for christmas because i could. I use it for 3d rendering, gaming, and light OCing. I managed to tweak my settings and get a stable OC at 4.5 gHz. I managed to get 120-140 fps in destiny 2, while ive also gotten 240-256 fps in CS:GO. This build was a HUGE upgrade from a gtx 1050 ti. The only problem I had was getting the cpu power cable and the fan headers into the designated ports. There was very little clearance and I had to use tweezers to push everything in. In addition, if you plan on using both fans on the NH-D15, please get low profile ram and dont make the same mistake i did. However if you only use one fan, you only have to deal with one cable instead of two fan cables. Alot of my prices are because I bought most of these parts near cyber monday/ black friday. I dont like that ketchup/mustard cable up in the top left corner but it just had to be there.

Part Reviews

CPU

Great CPU, however if you would like more value, get the 3700x.

Motherboard

Im docking a star because theres only 2 fan headers, but everything from the aesthetic to vrms are 5 stars

Memory

Its RAM, and its fast so its pretty great.

Storage

Great value NVMe PciE SSD, gets about 1500 read and write.

Video Card

Quiet, Sleek, Sexy, Powerful, and Seducing, However there is still some serious gpu sag.

Case

Comes with three pretty quiet fans, plus it looks great. Ain't no complaints

Hey, I know you overclocked your CPU at 4.5ghz, is that all core 4.5 or single-core performance?

All-core, but I sadly forgot my preset for my OC and never saved a profile. Thanks for commenting lol this post is like a ghost town

Did you screw in your graphics card when you installed it? Because that could help with the sag.

Holy crap, you gave me a mini heart attack just then. I just checked, and yes, it is in fact screwed in. The legos keep it horizontal quite well. Im glad you asked.

Well that's strange. Maybe the graphics card is just a bit heavy.

Its VERY heavy. Mostly because of the very bulky heatsink for cooling. Its almost silent most of the time because of the heatsink though, so thats a plus.
