Description

I use this PC for gaming and only gaming, it was my first attempt at building a gaming PC but I had very few complications (other than those that were cause by overlooking something simple due to it being 4am at the time) but I thought i had a real problem for a while but turns out the RAM was just bad. I was using the Ripjaw 4 sticks but decided to go with the 5 since i had to return them anyway.

So far every game I've played has looked pretty amazing and loaded pretty flawlessly. I want to thank everyone who helped me with this build and this website for providing a fantastic tool for us who wouldn't know what to do without it.

Would replace the Seagate at some point, had quite a few of them fail on me over the years and the computer company i went to try and get the data from claimed that faulty Seagate drives made up about 80% of the hard drives they see.

Nice build! If you want that hyper212 to look better get a 2pck of corsair sp120s , you could also paint the top black! :)

That's exactly what I did to mine! People don't believe me when I tell them it's "just" a 212. Great temps as well, I hardly ever break 50C while gaming.

Sad name? I think 30's with kids sounds sad. I'm married with a house and a decent job.

I am thinking about getting this same cpu / cpu cooler setup and I would like to know your cpu temp under load if you don't mind, thanks.

Nice build! We are going to have similar builds...especially with the CPU/Cooler/MOBO/RAM. Quick question, does the CPU cooler block one of the RAM slots from being used?

Yes it does but you can always use slots 2 and 4
