Description

I need new case so I can use my Corsair h100i. I got robbed for my old box. It was a Cooler Master cm690ii. It had plenty of room for the h100. It was getting old tho it was a 1st gen i7 but I had a lot of new drives in there too I wish I still had.

I don't run the video cards in crossfire I use them for cracking and other stuff like that.

Getting a new case and installing the water cooler is my first priority. After that I just need to keep adding more 4tb drives!

I haven't attempted any overclocking due to using the stock cooler. Hopefully I can get it up a little bit once I install the h100.

4770k, 32GB of 1866Mhz Ram, 500GB EVO SSD, 4TB Seagate Storage and an R9 290, But couldn't get a good case... But it will be a great build once you get a decent case!

I had a case that I was supposed to get back from someone that would have let me use the watercooler but I don't think I'm getting it back so I built it with what I had for now.

Correct. I'm probably going to give it to my son when oclHashcat gets updated to use the R290. It's a hash cracking program.

More pictures please along with description! If you say it's just a home PC for normal stuff, then you have wasted over $1200.

I do CAD at home also so it's not just your basic home computer use.

I don't see why this has gotten so many downvotes... I think it's not that terrible of a PC

Great little build. Deffinately get an aftermarket cooler on that 290 ASAP. There is too many options at this point to run the stock cooler. If you have an old 120mm cpu water-cooling loop like the h60 you could get the NZXT Kraken g10 for $30. Even if you don't have one those 120mm cpu coolers are ridiculously cheap refurbished. The noise difference is ridiculous.

Dont you need the two cars to be either SLI or Crossfire compatiable? Q.Q
