Description

Used an APU I won in a Reddit contest to build this computer for my girlfriend. Works surprisingly well for light duty gaming (like TF2). No problems so far. Very happy with it.

Awesome budget build! I would have recommended some RAM rated at 1866, it gives about a 20% performance increase on APUs. In total though, it's awesome!

Yeah I totally will in the future, but I already had an extra RAM kit laying around so I used that.

Got to love recycling the old stuff. I call my current buld frankenstien it has parts from so many different year on it. Nicely done on your build.

wow. GREAT budget build!! Cable management is understandable with that case.

I did what I could but there's too many extra cables on my PSU. If I had bought one new I might have gotten a modular one.

Do you think it could run GTA San Andreas or GTA 4? What about the Sims 3? I'd really like to know, thanks!

GTA san andreas yes, GTA 4 all low and no shadows, and Sims 3 yes easily.

GTA 4 is horribly optimised on PC, Better off with console version. I'd like to add the 1866 or 2100 ram would likely provide a nice boost.
