At this budget, we're running an AMD FX-8320E 3.2GHz 8-Core . Any modern FX will perform admirably for nearly all gaming needs. Since we are overclocking our CPU we need a water cooler which is the Corsair H80i v2 70.7 CFM Liquid.
For the motherboard we are using the Gigabyte GA-970-Gaming ATX AM3+ motherboard. Since we are overclocking the PC we need a decent motherboard to support the overclock.
Since the motherboard uses a DDR3 socket, we are using 1 8GB stick of Kingston HyperX Fury Black which is clocked at about 1600 MHz. This much of ram is good for huge games like Grand Theft Auto 5 or Just Cause 3.
For storage we are using 128GB of Transcend 128GB 2.5" SSD . Having an SSD has a huge advantage. It speeds up all aspects of a computer and even in games. However 148GB is not enough, so we are using a 1TB of Seagate Barracuda mechanical hard drive.
To play games like Grand Theft Auto 5 or Just Cause 3 you will be needing a lot of graphical support. There comes the PowerColor Radeon R9 380 4GB PCS+. This graphics card can not only support 1440p but it can also support 4K. It has 4GB of VRam and it has a core clock of 1.05 MHz which could be overclockable.
Holding up the entire build is the Armaggeddon Teratron T7. This is ATX Mid Tower Case which has 2 internal fan and 3 more can be added for future upgrades.
Since the graphics card and the processor will be overclocked, we need enough juice for them to run, so we are using a Corsair CmX 750W power supply. It is a 80+ Bronze Certified and Semi-Modular power supply. It can also support another graphics card if you crossfire.
