Description

I guess I can start this off as this definitely isn't a build that everyone will like it's one of those things where its my second PC and I had vinyl wrap and was like lets wrap my PC why not. This build is basically used as a LAN party PC and just meant to stick out but where as my other main PC is calm and collective. The really cool thing about this build though is how cheap I got both the GPU's it only cost me 86$ for both due to the fact that someone on ebay excepted my offer for 86$ on one and the second I got for 85$ but the fan was broken on it and they refunded me the money and didn't want the GPU back, so I contacted XFX and they sent me out a new cooler for it and I basically got one of the GPU's for free.

Part Reviews

CPU

Great CPU for gaming with good OC ability.

CPU Cooler

For the price this AIO is honestly not bad at all, keeps the temps low without any loud pump noise or anything, the stock fans are a bit loud so I swapped them out for different ones though.

Motherboard

Great mobo with alot of top quality features all squished into a MAtx board.

Storage

Great for OS and other apps to make that boot time just a bit quicker.

Video Card

For the price I got both of these cards at I will never complain.

Case

Sturdy case with a lot of room and great looks, honestly I like this better than my S340 elite on how well build it is, doesnt feel cheap one bit.

Damn ugly pc, but holy crap what an awesome setup with kick *** triple monitors. Great job.

Thumbs up.

Haha hey all good, expected a decent amount of people to not be to fond of it. But for the setup thanks man, I really like how it came out, I picked up a 8 foot counter top from ikea because my old desk was way to short and ended up slowly piecing it together to what it is now!

Well I say again it's awesome and powerful.

I like that vinyl wrap. How involved was installing it?

Fallen_Empire99 submitter 5 Builds 2 points 26 months ago

Honestly it was very simple took around 30-45 min for the whole thing, If you get good quality vinyl, a razor/box cutter with a squeegee for the air bubbles and a hair dryer/heat gun it makes things super easy.

Where can I get that vinyl wrap ?

Fallen_Empire99 submitter 5 Builds 2 points 26 months ago

I picked it up on ebay for pretty cheap around 20$ for a 4ft by 5ft roll

How's the Wifi USB adapter? Have you compared it to ethernet speeds? I'm building a PC myself and I doubt i can fit a PCI wifi adapter in while I SLI 2 1080s, so USB might be a best bet.

Fallen_Empire99 submitter 5 Builds 2 points 26 months ago

Honestly its not bad at all has good strength and I get full speeds on my wifi, I pay for 60mb down from charter and get around 60-65mb down on the speed test, haven't compared it to ethernet though since my modem and router are a few rooms over and the speeds I have gotten so far are plenty good enough for me, I have had a cheaper usb wifi adapter though I will say and it was horrible so I wouldn't go to cheap on one go with a happy medium

acethesamurai 1 point 25 months ago

Thanks. I was looking at the Asus AC68 USB as it is the most expensive right now and claims to have the same speeds as a PCI E card. I just dont want to risk RMAing a card that wont fit in my system. But thanks again for the info. I might look at the one you have now as my laptop wifi adapter gets 183mb down and 10mb up via speedtest.

Why not zoidberg. Great job I hope you love it. It would be too much for me in terms of aesthetics.
