All parts work perfectly together. One little problem was only that CPU Cooler fan interfere with high profile corsair RAM sticks, so the Cooler fan can't be in the right side.
Looks pretty good. For the cpu cooler, you could have left the heat sink the way it was but take the fan off, reverse ( pull config) it and but it on the other side. I've had to that on more than one of my builds. That way your back case fan can pull that heat out from the 8320. I had a 8320 I know it can get a bit toasty, for sure if you overclock it.
Im almost positive you cant mount that cpu cooler like that anyways on an amd board.
Ya, I think you are right on the Hyper cooler, The heat pipes are probably in the way of the hold down .
