I use this great machine for gaming! It works amazingly although I have had some problems with the video card as it tends to bottleneck my cpu. Next steps are to get a better psu, I was thinking a SeaSonic 850W or 1000W. Then I want to get two SLI GTX 970. Then more fans of course! My case already has four built in fans, a 200 mm exhaust on the side, 2 120 mm intake in the front and one 120 mm exhaust in the back. I want to add two 120 mm intakes on top and 2 120 mm exhausts on the bottom most likely. The CPU cooler, although it is air and AMD reccomends water, works extremely well and seems to have been built for this cpu. The ram is great as it is not too big so can still fit under the cpu cooler heatsinks but still functions extremely well and looks super cool. I have three Seagate barracuda hard drives as well, 2 500 gb and 1 1000 gb. They are very nice but I plan to upgrade one of them to a 250 or 500 gb SSD. I also may want, instead of habing fans, to have my system be completely water cooled.
If anyone is looking to build a similar or the same system, I would reccommend two important things and one optional thing: first, get a bigger power supply, such as a 800W or 1000W, as it leaves room for expansions and additions and overclocking. Second, get your video card from an official store, not a reseller, I got mine from a reseller and have been having a few problems with it. Optionally, get a better Mobo, such as the Asus Crosshair Formula Z which is designed to run this specific processor and therefore should perform amazingly! My mobo is great but the Crosshair Formula Z is two steps above! I will post 3DMark 11 Benchmark Results later as I am not home currently and only have my laptop with me. I will also post results accordingly once I am finished upgrading the computer completely. I will also have pictures of the inside for cable management copies and just because the case looks so amazing! I am sorry if my English is not very good, it is not my first language.
Update #1: 8 January 2015 Happy New Year to all! I have been having some problems with the GPU overheating so I took it out and took it apart, reapplied thermal paste and not it does not go above 65 C on load :) I am quite happy with that. I am going to get a bigger PSU soon and after that an SSD and then one GTX 970 followed by another to SLI. If you want anymore pictures of the build, let me know! I am sorry if my cable management is not the best, please let me know if you have any tips, I would be glad to have them. I also just found out that the 3DMark 11 stuff costs money so I will post the scores if I happen to buy it.
Small Update #2: 9 January 2015 I just added an extra intake fan on the top of my case to move a large heat spot that was building up on the side. It worked quite well. I will still be adding the 1000 W PSU soon.

Update # 4: 16 January 2015 So I got the sound card, it works really really well, my sound on my 5 year old 30 dollar speakers is now incredible :P So I have decided for a little change of plan, instead of getting a new power supply, I will be probably getting a new screen for my build. Next up will be an SSD and only then will come the power supply. Instead of the two gtx 970's I was thinking on crossfiring two r9 270x that could be nice and a huge amount cheaper. Well anyways, I am glad my sound works again.
Update #5: 26 January 2015 So I decided to not buy a new power supply after realizing that my cooling was off and that this was causing too much pessure inside my case which was then causing my computer to crash. I redid the cooling and my GPU now maxes out at 62 degrees Celsius! I also bought a new Razer Deathstalker Expert keyboard and a new 5.1 surround sound system with a subwoofer. So next step is going to be either an ssd or the new power supply. I was also looking at Sentey Products and they seem amazing! So my next keyboard/mouse/case/power supply will most likely come from them.
Update #6: 29 January 2015 So I bought a new 1000 Watt PSU in order to get a second r9 270x so that I can run them in crossfire. I guess I change plans a lot. Once I have the second 270x, I will be getting an ssd, possibly some more screens for my build and liquid cooling for my cpu and then I will have completed this killer build!
Update #7: 26 February 2015 1000 W PSU did not work and I returned it. So I may simply buy a GTX 970 or r9 290, then SSD, then more screens, then liquid cooling then done.
Update #8: 21 April 2015 I just redid my cable management completely! I'll put some pictures up soon. I am planning on getting a liquid CPU cooler soon. And once I have enough money probably a new GPU.
This thing is powerful!!! :) I had a slight problems with it at first and had to disable the power throttling options and now it works extremely well.
This processor cools a FX 9590 as well, if not better than, liquid cooling.... I think that says enough. This CPU cooler is huge but that was not a problem as I have a big case.
Nothing to say really, the colors are a bit unusual but it does its job and thats what matters! Its not exceptional but it is certainly not a bad motherboard.
Great RAM for a good price! It has nothing very special about it. It does look really cool.
Great GPU! I had a few problems but then I figured out it was because my drivers were not installed right, so it was my fault.
Wow this tower looks great! Provides good cooling and cable managment capabilities, has clip on hard drive mounts that may seem a bit flimsy at first but really are not and is just generally an amazing looking case.
This relatively cheap sound card improved my sound quality so much! I now can hear the bass, mids and highs clearly through my cheap speakers.
Wow!!!! Amazing mouse, looks good, well placed buttons, enough buttons to be useful in every game but not too many that it becomes a pain to deal with. Its heavy and feels really sturdy. It is like mad catz in looks and like Razer or Corsair in build quality. Defintiely recommended.
