I use this machine for everything, its main purpose being gaming. Its quite fast, quite expensive, and has quite astonishing aesthetic. I chose the name Lloyd for it because I wanted a name that didn't show how awesome the computer is, to me (probably from the movie Submarine) the name seemed bland enough to make it a shocker when people saw how cool it is.
It has two keyboards, which I switch between because keyboards are too cool to have one of. Both keyboards are customized. The first one, which I got in December before I even thought about building this, was the Razer Blackwidow, which I added custom blank keycaps to. My other keyboard, which I purchased as the last part of this build, is the Custom WASD 104-key with Cherry MX-Blue keyswitches and all black keys with slate gray lettering centered on each key.
I wanted to go with an all-black build but at the time of making the computer, the 1070 had just come out and the best pricing (during the awful period of time when no card was priced correctly) was the Zotac AMP! Edition 1070, which was black and yellow. I had initially planned to make the whole thing black with RGB LEDs so that I could change the color of the build whenever I wanted to, because my favorite color changes often. The yellow accents on the card though, despite not being what I initially was looking for.
Thanks Mr. Schuff, if it weren't for you I never would have loved computers as much as I do now, and probably couldn't have even dreamed of building one myself. You taught me enough to make this an easy and extremely enjoyable project.
