Description

I build, fix and troubleshoot computers for myself and my close friends. Only doing it because I enjoy it. I never charge anyone anything as it is something I enjoy doing and I don't break a sweat doing it.

A friend of mine recently found out that Mwave supports Zipmoney so he decided to get a computer and he came to me so that I can pick out the parts and also build it.

It was very fun building this, I didn't encounter any problems along the way, everything was very logical.

Don't hesitiate to give a feedback, even if it is a negative as I would never learn from the mistakes that I am doing. Any other questions, feel free to ask.

Looking great! "Big ups" from down under. Pccasegear.com is another great au site that has zip money. Always found the guys there to be really helpful.

Thanks a lot, I've known PCcasegear but i've always preferred Mwave for some reason, as I can basically pick it up the next day when all the parts are in the warehouse. Until now, never ran into any problem with Mwave, although sometimes their prices are just couple of bucks more expensive than other merchants.

How are the temps running the 212 on the 8700K?

Played fortnite and GTA V for 2-3 hours, average temperature was 44C, to me it looks spectacular, I've always ordered the 212 Turbo, just been so good to me, the installation is fairly simple and is very effective when cooling.

Also, when idling the computer, CPU temperatures are running at 32-35C.

I am on a slightly tighter budget and was curious to know if you think this setup would run fortnite and other games at high settings with a i7-7700k and a GTX 1060 6GB

It would run Fortnite on Medium-high, but not epic. It will also run many other games on nice settings, but I cant promise you it will run many games on High because I do not know your definition of "other games", you could be refering to very simple games or you could be referring to hardcore games such as crysis 3, SW battlefront, the witcher and etc etc, but it will run many games on very decent settings.

One of my best friends that I built the PC for has the 1060 6gb, its actually very good and he tells me that he smoothly runs Fortnite on medium-high WITH recording

So when you wrote “decent” what did you mean because I thought a rig like this could run games like gta or battlefield 1 on high settings because I’ve seen similar builds say the same thing

So far, the owner told me that he played GTA V and he ran nearly most settings on high. I know that this computer has very high capabilities but I will not make random guarantees that I cannot personally confirm. If I had BF1 then I would've tried it and let you know but sadly I don't. and If you look to my reply from the post above, I cannot give a guarantee to "decent/other games" because I don't know which kind of games you could be referring to exactly, they could be some graphics hardcore games or some very simple games.

Hello. Does LED strip, fan hub and LED hub can be removed? Is that attached by tape or magnetic? Thank you
