Description

I use this for gaming. I ordered a micro atx case (Futurus-W) I love it but the mobo would not fit with the PSU so its outside of the case. Honestly, I can run with this build on Ultra (2014) and on AAA titles about Medium or High. I used the SSD for a boot drive and The Seagate for gaming I also added a laptop WD Black 320gb drive for my favorite games that I want to run extremely fast! I love this build and it was my first build. (I am 13 BTW so no hate please!)

Cool build, I would have aimed for cheaper G.Skill 2x4 GB RAM for ~$40, and a Sandisk 120 GB SSD for $44. I'm still loving to looks of that case! Awesome job

Yeah i got this build on black friday and salvaged a lenovo laptop ssd with windows 10. Yeah having the psu outside the case was a small sacrafice for the boss 35 buck case!

Nice build! Although I went with intel this was merely for video editing and sound recording, you have a very strong build!

Wait.. Did you just day the PSU is out of the case? How are you even closing that side panel? And why would you choose a micro ATX case but buy an ATX MOBO?

Oh i get it. ur motherboard is too big. i thought u meant PSU. becus ther are different types of power supplies. i thought u meant ATX PSU and micro ATX psu. i was confused becuase ive never heard of micro atx psus.

Neat looking tower. A wee bit messy but that can be fixed with some zip and twist ties. I was thinking about doing a similar build for my friend

Yeah, I very much recommend this build. It is fairly cheap if you salvage stuff from other desktops and laptops. That's how I got my OS, SSD, and Laptop SSD
