Description

Back-ordered Meshify C and just got it yesterday.

I was stuck between choosing Corsair 460x and this one, I think I have made a great choice.

Build quality is awesome and cooling performance is soooo good.

This case is user-friendly and cable management is super easy.

The tempered glass is quite tinted, but it's enough to show my parts in good mood.

Recommended.

PS: Only the case has been changed. All other parts were purchased on last year.

Also I am using Corsair RM850x for my psu. I don't know why I can't select that psu when making this list.

Suuuuuuuper clean! I just wish the side panel wasn't so tinted. Great build, tho

I think the Meshify C tint is nice for how it is because if you really want to go RGB, it'll show through. But otherwise for those without RGB or lights the tint is really nice

Thanks! Actually I am using RM 850x, but having trouble locating that psu in this list.

Also Z170-AR is same as Z170-A except the display interface.

I bought this since this was a bundle deal with 6700k in microcenter.

Alright, nice dude!

i do actually believe that the reason you can't choose the RM850x is due to something about the compatibility feature ruling it off as too big? (i think it's because of the HDD cage in the case)

Hmm thats weird

cuz I am using rm850x with the hdd cage in the case with no problem.

Nice, get some direct shots of the guts with the glass off and on :)

I wish F-D didn't use such a dark tint though. I think a white led strip up top would look good, without compromising the other lights going on. Another build (same case) has a white led strip up top, to give you an idea.

Post your temps when you OC and such ;p

how well does the PSU fit in this case? I have a RM750x PSU and im worried it might be a little too large for the case. Thanks

Currently using RM850x and its fine even with HDD cage installed.

Clean build +1. Planning to buy this case and whack in 4 NZXT AER RGB fans in here. The light spill through the front mesh would look gorgeous don't you reckon?

Thanks!, yep that would be nice too!

Really beautiful build, I love the lighting you got going!! In fact mine is going to be very similar to yours. I noticed you have 5 fans, 2 front, 1 rear and 2 top. Could you tell me which ones are intake and exhaust? And if dust is an issue? Thanks!!

Thank u very much! Two on the front are the intake, one on the rear and two on the top are exhausts. Using two 140s on the front works okay though, my current setup is little different. I moved two 140s to top exhaust and managed three 120s on the front for intake. Also I have added one more 120 for intake on the bottom front by removing the hdd cage. This setup made 2~3 celsius degrees lower for gpu.

your build is very similar to what im attempting to build at the moment. I have my case fans set up the same way you had them originally too, couldnt you just increase the rpms on the two 140mm fans to create positive air pressure? i kinda want to leave mine the way they are but want optimal air flow as well.

If you want your psu shroud covered, then I think it's fine with increasing the rpm. But you will have increase noise also. If you are using silent fans, it seems fine, but mine doesn't. I can see several folks using high-end gpus with shroud covered. For the aesthetics, I think it's fine with that.

Hi, great build! Very neat and tidy. I'm about to start a similar build in the meshify C and just wondering which white cables you got and where? How is the cable management in the meshify C?

Hey thanks!

I got the cables from cablemod. You can find one in amazon

https://www.amazon.com/CableMod-ModFlex-Essentials-Cable-Corsair/dp/B01N4MQ3DN/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1507057290&sr=8-2&keywords=cablemod+white

Cable management is extremely easy in meshify C. No other similar sized mid tower case has this capability.

You mean cpu cooler? Which is R1 universal?

They are black. Stock R1 universal has white covers,

but I bought black covers from cryorig and changed them

What temps did you get with that air cooler?

My cpu gets max 92 degrees celsius max on @ 4.5 on 1.3 volts(Linx 0.70) It depends on your cpu. Mines not delidded, so its running quite hot.

Were you thinking about AMD first before you choose Intel?

I have bought 6700K a year ago, which was before the ryzen. So AMD was not in my option.
