Description

Hi Guys, Sorry about my English if I type something wrong. Not my first language. Note: Everything as $0 price was in my old system.

First I have good experience for Asus brand so I tried to go Asus as possible in the parts.

CPU: As I want to go for 1150 chip set and not for 2011, I picked this one as many of you, that is really good for overclocking.

CPU Cooler: Cheap and good 2x 120mm fan for the overclocking I was going to do. Useful corsair link software with different color.

MB: I really like the look in the VII Formula from asus and good match for devil canon and better water cooling if I want to do it in the future.

GPU: Nothing to say in this one. I was stock between G1, MSI, and strix and I went for asus as I like the brand. Just 1 GTX-980 and not 2x 970 because It will kill anything at 1080p for now. Then I can go SLI.

Ram: G-Skill as it was good price than Vengeance pro with red color theme. Also at 2400mhz with 10 cas. 2x 8gb in case need to go up at 32gb. Not soon I guess.

PW Supply: This one was good price and good reviews. 1000w as I will go to SLI in the future.

Case: Really nice built case and extremely huge for anything you want on it. Cool 2.5" sata dock.

HDD: SSD 840 Evo 250gb for operating system and 2x 3tb for storage that I already had in my old system.

Monitors: If you take a look in the pictures there will be this 2 kind the same monitors at 27". I bought the 27" first but it was really to big for my desk so I returned them to get the 24" Perfect size for my desk. Not really any difference in quality for the size at 1080p.

Mouse, headset and speakers were Logitech and I want the keyboard same brand buy they didn't have the red color theme, so went to K70 and it is pretty good.

Well, I guess that was it. Hope you guys enjoy the pictures. Thanks

I have two Asus VG248QE. Now I can't use a 60hz monitor without getting angry

Even for non-gaming staff? I prefer playing in one that's why I got the other one as 60hz for multitasking.

nah i am the same way. i have the same monitor and if i dont use a 144hz monitor now it straight up bothers me. even while watching movies or stuff that is 60fps or less, the mouse movement makes me head hurt at the 60fps speed

So far so good. The only issue i have is the corsair link color theme reset every time I restart the pc. But about temp is fine. 4.4gz and it doesn't go over 58c under load.

There is a trick to fix the color resetting, but I forget it. It was in the forums here some place, so if you do some digging you will find it.

Great build.

If u were not going to use Formulas CrossChill Copper it was better i think to buy hero or ranger instead of formula.
