Part Reviews

CPU

Great processor, overclocks easily.

CPU Cooler

After having this CPU Cooler for over a year and a half, I can say that it is an amazing cooler. Extremely quiet and performs on par with its bigger brother the NH-D14, while being smaller and quieter. The only issue I have found with this cooler at all is when in a dual push pull fan config, it can make an obnoxious turbulence sound at full load. It is quite noticeable even with the noise dampening adapter on and the rubber pads. Fortunately the fans never need to be running at 100% even during CPU stress testing.

Motherboard

Great motherboard with lots of options, bells, and whistles. Haven't run into any issues with it whatsoever yet.

Memory

Very fast RAM for being nearly five years old now.

Storage

Does not deliver fast Read/Write speeds for an SSD, especially over time. Currently benchmarks at about 250 MB/s, well below what you would find on a Samsung 850/840 EVO or Pro for cheaper.

Storage

Best performance of any SSD I have ever owned and was very price efficient

Storage

Has lasted a long time without any issues at all, only complaint is that it is quite audible during long write times.

Storage

Very fast for an HDD, can't go wrong with the warranty on this either.

Video Card

I have only had this card a couple of days now, but so far it performs like a beast. My only complaint is that the card will occasionally underclock itself to 540 MHz with the only fix I've found so far being to restart the computer.

Case

A lot of room, good airflow, has room to put in 4 200mm fans (top, bottom, side, and front) and I personally like the look of the case quite a bit.

Power Supply

Good quality, was cheaper than any other gold/plat rated 850w power supply at the time

Case Fan

Quiet, looks cool, only downside i guess is the quality of the plastic, felt like it would easily crack if i screwed it in too tight.

Monitor

Great quality monitor for the price when I bought it 4 years ago. No longer has the best picture quality but it still works just fine as a second monitor. EDIT: Would no longer recommend anyone actually buy this monitor now a days. Much better monitors for cheaper.

Monitor

Fantastic monitor for gaming

Keyboard

This keyboard is simply perfect, if you don't care for RGB lighting that is.

Mouse

Great mouse with some of the best tracking I have ever had in a mouse. Razer Synapse is the only downside to this mouse.

Headphones

These have AMAZING audio quality for the price and are very comfortable for a gaming headset, although still a little heavy for my tastes. The reason I'm putting these at 4 stars is the microphone has registration issues unless it is literally touching your mouth.
