sick build but you are using a $180 with a $240 mobo. And I see no reason to water cool a 3600x, a stock cooler works just as well for such low end CPUs. You also went for an 850w PSU for some reason. I have a 650 PSU and a 3900x + rtx 2080 and it works well. I feel your budgeting is bit off

Yes the budgeting was all over the place. Originally wanted to go 2080ti with a ryzen 7 but ended up toning everything down. As for the PSU, it was only a few bucks more than the next lower version at time of purchase so I went for it. The PSU fan never turns on so there's that...

This just became a vanity project once I realized water cooling was something I could try for fun.
