Description

Hi guys, just wanted to show off my first build. I started this around a few weeks ago and finally got around to taking pictures. I've been lurking around pcpartpicker and r/buildapc for quite some time and noticed all the cool builds everyone was making and decided it was time to make my first post. The i3 was a hand-me-down from another computer that got upgraded and i basically worked around that. My biggest intention was to keep things cheap but to have it stand out at the same time. cable management was annoying at first but things got better with zip ties. in hind sight it would have been smarter to pay the extra few bucks to get a semi modular psu so the cables wouldnt be as stiff to move around. Overall I love this case and I use this for gaming, school, and mining (using school's electricity and internet ;) ) It is a small form factor case and it is really easy to carry to move it from school to home. My next upgrade will probably be with a closed loop water cooler with an i5 processor and maybe a semi modular psu Enjoy!

What kind of FPS are you getting with that GPU? I would get it but I am afraid it won't be enough for 1080p gaming.

Love the build. So amazingly clean, just beautiful. If you seen an exact copy of this in a couple of weeks don't be surprised ;)

I have to ask what camera you are using?

rockylemon submitter 4 Builds 2 points 50 months ago

Canon EOS 5D a really nice camera imo

It takes amazing pictures that's for sure! I'm using a Canon T2i for my builds, which does the job for me.

Oh, cool. I didn't realize that card's nomenclature glowed like that.

rockylemon submitter 4 Builds 1 point 50 months ago

neither did I, it was a nice surprise. also there are six blue LED's on the back cooling plate that indicates how hot the card is. I really recommend this card if you are ever thinking about purchasing it.

excellent build sir. Question for you,is that a dust filter on the side window? is that custom made or did you buy it from somewhere?

rockylemon submitter 4 Builds 1 point 49 months ago

Hi, Thank you :) And that is an air filter I purchased from newegg.com link: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811999240

Planning a very similar build but using a AMD Athlon X4 760K 3.8GHz instead of the Intel option. Is that Video Card good?
