Description

The PC will be used mainly for Video Editing using Adobe After Effects, Premiere and Graphic design with Photoshop and other Picture editing software's

Also for Gaming in high resolution like BF3 and COD and others

Anyway i want to mention that in my country, there are only 2 stores for good PC parts, and their prices are very high, so i ordered my MOBO, CPU, RAM, GPU, SSD, HDD from Amazon.com ,and my PSU and Case from where i live

I'm planning to get new CPU cooler because i heard the one that comes with the CPU is not good

Also I'm not planning to OC so that's why i choosed i7 3770 without k

This is my first Build

Any suggestion ? any comment ?

Decent build. Make sure you back the SSD up onto the HDD because many people have been having failures with the new 840 series yet the 840 Pro has been getting great reviews. If you weren't planning to overclock than you could have dropped the MB down to a H77 and saved quite a bit of money since the features on the MB you chose would mainly benefit overclocking the CPU. Since you wont be overclocking, or I should say should not overclock a locked CPU, there is absolutely no reason to get an after market cooler. The stock cooler is perfectly fine for stock clocks / boost clocks and an after market cooler wont improve temps significant enough to make it worth the investment.

great job on the cable management. Did you use extenders for the top 8PIN power connector? I'm assuming you did not. I only ask because smaller cases people are complaining that they can't reach the 8pin isn't long enough O.o just boggles my brain. Good work.

I had read about 840 failures, Samsung released newer firmware revision that have this failures fixed, so i hope their bugs are fixed in this release, and about the motherboard i did not had the experience to differentiate between different series, i asked some friends about mobos, they told me that Z77 is great, and i chooses this one because it have's WIFI Go features, however as you said i could save some money for more powerful GPU or another part, and about my cable management i did not use any extenders, i had some problems with GPU power connector because it came with extenders and as you see in the pictures GPU cables has ruined my cable management xD, i will try connecting directly from Power supply to the GPU.

I appreciate your comment, thank you

I figured as much when it came to your cable manamgent which makes me extremely confused as to why so many people are having issues with it on smaller cases. Great work again!! Good to know about the firmware, though I'll still have a hard time recommending it unless its lower price vs similar SSDs.

Might have gone with a K if you're getting a after market cooler. Other wise, there's gonna be no difference from what I've read

Well I guess $30 for a CM Hyper 212 EVO wouldn't be too bad. Plus, it's only be quieter (although stock cooling's not that loud) and keep the temps lower... but like you said, no overclocking means no need for a cooler.

Only thing I would change is that if you are not oc'ing, there is no need for a Z77 chipset, that could have saved you some money, otherwise this is one heck of a build!

Great pics! I would just stick with the stock heat sync if you don't plan to OC. Put that money toward a new game - looks like a bad *** GPU!
