why a older i5? for 260?? i couldve got a 4690k for 200$. and im sorry you paid too much for that OS. anyways its a nice build.

Most likely, he already had it. That is just the price you could buy it for today.

I did not go for a more powerfull processor mainly because of price (new) and motherboard compatibility as the board only supports 2xxxx processors unless you have an old 2xxxx to help flash it to a 3xxxx bios. The OS price is generic i did not pay that much... Troll Aj......

  1. you can seriously get a i5 for 200 dollars. 2. with the extra 60 dollars you saved plus the motherboard price, so 130 total, you couldve got an motherboard that works with the 4690k. 3. please so not call other people "trolls". i find that very childish and mean. i was trying to put constructive critisizm in my last comment. it was just that you overpaid too much for that i5, and i understand now that the os price is generic. i wasnt intending to insult anyone.

I was forced to get use the motherboard I already had i built the machine from mostly spare parts.
