Description

2/15/15: I use this PC for live streaming and youtube recording. Games play very well on it even without a dedicated GPU but one day I will get one. there isn't any problem with it what so ever so far. im also working on getting a ssd just to put games on. my first computer which was before this one was an alienware m14x. so u may know there is much to be desired there. i never had a PC that works well as this one. one thing about the alienware is it over heats under gaming load. so in this PC i put as many fans as i could and it stays frosty at 46 c under gaming load.

Edit 12/16/15: I added some new parts. GPU: Geforce GTX 950 $195 SSD: Kingston hyper X 120GB $80 I put windows 10 on the SSD, runs quick. with out the windows load on the HDD it runs games faster but i'm sure another SSD would be better for speed but I can't afford one large enough to hold all the games data.

As of now I have quit youtube and live streaming and not really playing games anymore but I have started doing gridcoin research with the PC. It is a fun little thing to do and I make gridcoin in the process. the GPU I have is very quick for doing the milkyway@home project.

I EDITED THE PARTS LIST TO SHOW CURRENT PARTS AS OF 12/16/15

Which games are you playing that work well with the APU? I'm considering setting up an APU HTPC box soon.

Photos are a bit blurry and dark. Any chance you can retake them with some better lighting?

i will try to retake the pics. i have a very cheap phone so i dont know if pics r gonna get any better. i play everquest 2, HAWKEN, war thunder, and alot of other steam free to play games on max settings.

At 720p this machine should play excellent on all games. He is overclocking and has 2400MHz RAM. Wise choices. And adding a dedicated GPU will allow him to reach 1080p gaming cuz he has enough power in the PSU.

Overall, smart build.

i have no idea i've never played dayz.

from what i understand dayz is very CPU heavy. so this APU may not be able to handle it but I'm in no way a PC expert.
