Description

Not FULLY done with this build but needed to upgrade my machine from a damn core2 duo! Starting to tweak the OC. Dont want to go to high without getting a new CPU fan.

The only problem I had was installing the GPU. This case, which I have had for the past four years or so, is the GPU is not screwed in but rather clamped in. The clamp on the case doesnt work with this GPU so had to find some screws that fit to hold it in properly. (Minus the price of the case and PSU and its a budget upgrade)

Power supply is not the Rosewill listed. However, it is a 750W. Dont have make at this time 500GB HDD installed as well - will be getting SSD

Photos coming soon!

560 Ti should be okay for gaming but streaming and gaming at once may be hard for it. I approve of this build though

Going to be mostly streaming from HDPVR from XBox. I figure it should be good for that. Things seem to be working well thus far. And thanks for the approval! :-)

If i were you, I would also get a CPU cooler for that 2500K so you can OC! Also, A 7850 would destroy that 560 ti every day of the week.

getting the CPU fan pretty soon here but im running a slight OC now .. 4.4ghz .. and temps dont go above 30deg. I know there are plenty of opinions on the GPU. My head started to hurt reading up and asking other builders! haha

Nice, definitely a good build. Would've gone with a 7850 though.

For this build you don't need more than 400W.

Only thing I would say is that you way overdid it with the PSU. And maybe an Ivy Bridge would have been good but there's nothing wrong with the 2500K

had the PSU left over from another build - but thanks. Just tried saving some money

Too many people giving you ****, I give you props however! I also am using the Ivy Bridge for my streaming center (Once I get my damn bonus). I have a GTX 670 on my plans so go Nvidia!

That Issue was not posted at the time of purchase. I did see it after ive been using it. I have had no issues with it though as long as i dont try to OC it anymore. The 3.0 USB error is no big deal. Ive had the case for around 5 years now. As long as it holds everything, im ok with it.
