Description

It was time to upgrade my gaming machine, and I decided I'm done paying someone to build a custom pc for me. I ended up here, and with a little help from some good people I have an awesome new machine. Build went practically without issue. Up and running smoothly in couple hours. I'm very happy with the performance so far.

I plan on it very soon, it was something that cut budget wise to improve other components

Nice corner desk! Recommend a better cpu cooler even if you don't overclocked you can get a cool master for $30

Thank you, I built that as well. I'm ordering a better cpu cooler this weekend. I'll have a $50-60 budget, what do you recommend? Also, do you some recommend info on leaving about over clocking?

Air cooling: Enermax ETS-t40.. they have the standard look, all white or all black. Or if you wanted to do liquid, the Corsair H55 is great for under $60 too :) i have both of those in two different builds, i highly recommend. By the way, awesome build :D

If you are lucky enough to find it on sale, the Noctua U12S is an impeccable cooler. If you can deal with the brown (I personally love the Noctua colors), it's the perfect balance of low noise, high performance and quality in a 120mm cooler.

If you can't deal with the color, the Phanteks TC12DX is another alternative. It edges out the U12S in terms of performance, but loses a bit in terms of noise. The ETS-T40 (especially the White Cluster, it looks absolutely fantastic!) is also a good choice comparable to the U12S, but if you have $60, a U12S/TC12DX/T40-W is on a completely different, higher tier of quality (and probably in performance) compared to a entry-level Asetek AIO like the H55.
