BUILD LOG

05/28/2017

This is the third build I did (for myself). I've built a few PCs for friends at this point, and I decided I wanted to downsize from my Corsair Carbide 540 build. I went all-out on a CaseLabs mATX case, bought a used 6700k, de-lidded it, and bought a used 1080 FTW. I'm crazy happy with it at the moment. We'll see if this one sticks! :)

I've decided this is going to be an evolving build that I'll change/upgrade randomly. This marks the first major change as I have moved from an i7-6700k to a Ryzen 5 1600. I came across one super cheap and decided to grab it. I cannot seem to get my RAM stable at 2933MHz, so that might be changing next. We'll see!

12/27/2017

Finally got around to swapping my RAM thanks to a trade of kits with a buddy in exchange for assembling a PC for him. Easily running at 3200MHz C14 now!

i need to know the brand of the second fan that you use with your Cryorig M9i please. i just need to replace mine and i can't find a 92mm sized fan with 4pin PWM

I replaced both fans with the Noctua NF B9 (Redux) 1600 PWM fans. They're dead silent are are a jillion times better than the Cryorig fans.
