Description

Computer is already a little over a year old, listed the prices at the time of purchases. Still thinking of updating the parts but don't know if its worth it since the misses wants to try doing vm's

Might take the gtx 970 from this build https://pcpartpicker.com/b/Tzd6Mp

If you want to upgrade I highly recommend the 750ti SC or ftw. Great little card I have one myself. With that processor that rig would be beastly.

It depends on how much you want to spend. The ram is nice and the CPU is pretty good so you would probably want to upgrade the GPU. Whats your budget?

This is a good machine. Does it need to get an upgrade at all? Save some $$ and let this computer run like it is now. Unless the purpose of the build requires better parts.

Well, you 'could' upgrade the CPU from a p series i5 to a K or go to an i7. You 'could' upgrade the video card to a newer generation. Honestly though, I think the machine is powerful enough the way it is and I personally wouldn't bother upgrading it until you run into the 'must have' program/game you can no longer run. By then, newer gen hardware will be out.
