Description

I mostly use this computer for gaming but some mobile development work is also done on it. I had a hard time getting the ram seated in correctly because I didn't push hard enough when installing it. After much working around the beast of a CPU cooler I finally got everything working.

Even though this case for some reason gives me a headache looking at it I kinda like it. Nice part selection. I'm personally waiting for pascal to drop before I upgrade my 750 ti

I upgraded because of my ultra wide monitor I wanted. I got it and couldn't run medium settings above about 30-40 fps on FFXIV. Run max settings at more than 60fps now which I just limit to 60.

Yeah if I had a 980ti I'd be set for a long time. I only game at 1080p on a 60hz panel. I do like to play at max setting for all my games and for the most part the 750ti can produce 40+ fps maxed settings for mast games I have. Pascal is supposed to use HBM, a crap load more ram and be extremely powerful. I'll grab one of those cards and be set for a LONG while lol

Im waiting on pascal too. Rumored specs are insane! 32 GB VRAM, 17 billion transistors, NVLINK, 1 TB/s bandwidth and it could be out within the 1st half of 2016.

Yep, that's definitely one of the more interesting cases out there.

nice build I have the same exact case and I love it. I still can't find many better cases that are as nice as far as looks and performance. I did get tired of the external bays looking a little plain so I found a Thermaltake card reader to fit in the floppy bay called the " (Extreme Speed 3.0 Plus USB3.0 Multi-Card Reader Model #AC0031) " and a front panel display for the top cd bay called the " ( Commander FT – Touchscreen Fan Controller ) " although since most of the fans are all pre-connected to the lighting and case fan controls, I only connected the rear fan, it still really gives the case a better and more complete appearance I believe

No need for 980ti in sli. I don't want to deal with stutter, support, and other issues with sli. I can just buy a new card next year if I need to.
