Description

Runs brilliantly and plays games fluently, World Of Warcraft, Eve Online (multiple clients), COD Black Ops 2, Euro Truck Simulator, Assassins Creed Black Flag etc run amazingly.

Another 4gb of RAM would allow the latest COD and also fit the released GTA 5 specs.

Stress tested CPU maxs up to 50C but running games it won't reach higher than 40C odd.

Installed with Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. Theirs also a 3rd party front fan which would add to the low temps.

Dude I don't to burst your bubble but the R7 240 won't run GTA v according to steam release specs

According to system requirements for GTA5 the R7 will run it, required is an AMD HD 4870 with 1GB VRAM and the R7 crushes the HD4870. The AMD HD 8770 is the recommended GPU and that is much better then this R7. Now the real question is what settings you are considering when you say this system "won't run GTA v", the builder may not want/need to run GTA5 on high. This build more then meets the minimum system requirements to run GTA5, at least from what I have seen of the requirements.

i wasnt aiming for a high end one, my budget was under £300, recently added another 4GB ram which has improved its performance, not had any issues with running any games with decent visuals

Nice build. I love it. I recently got a r7 240 for my bro's computer and it runs everything fine. It is definitely a great GPU for the money.
