After thinking about it, why not, if you have the money to do it, there is no reason not too.

yeh, it is expensive, but a lot of fun.

it seems like it was pretty easy to watercool also, the Poseidon cards combined with the nice flex tubing. Good choice of CPU block too, I used to have one myself, until it got clogged and I had to replace the Rad and block so I decided the custom loop life was not for me, because I did not want to do all of the maintenance, it was not worth that time to me

  • 1 point

Thanks, yes they do require maintenance not too bad though.

hello man, i have a question. I got the same Graphic card, the thing is that i want to use the same cooling solution you are using but without the CPU cooling, just for the Poseidon, do you think that is possible? Also i saw those same tubes on the ROG forum but i dont know neither, cant find them on the internet, can you help me with that info? Impressive build btw :)

  • 1 point

Thanks, yes it is absolutely possible to run a separate cooling loop for the GPU, & the quick release fittings & tubing was bought from PLE.

  • 1 point

Thanks for the fast reply. Is PLE a store in Australia, seems like so, im seeing all the things they sell. Well i am not from Australia :/ But i will find them from other source, just wanted to make sure what exact components would you use to cool only the Poseidon? Do those Radiators already come with water? Sorry is thats dumb, this would be my first time cooling anything with water.

  • 1 point

They are from EKWB, they are QDC, quick disconnect coupling, to cool your gpu only you have to run a separate loop, there is multiple ways you can achieve this, do some research & see what will suite your system & budget, the radiators in my system did not come Pre filled, cheers.
