This is a solid build for anyone looking for an "Entry Point" into pc gaming. You can build this yourself as is for around $300, maybe a little more. All it takes is a little patience, and a good nose for deals!
Hey can I buy that from u. Lol
great job once again! do you try to shoot for a certain profit percentage when your building?
Thanks! I try to make a few bucks on each build. Can't give away all my secrets, but I do have bills to pay and mouths to feed, so I definitely keep that in mind with each build that I sell!
I'd say this is a bit more than just an entry point. The GTX 970 still rocks!
Great build, as always.
Are you buying from craigslist? Where'd you find an i5 for 30$, some of those parts are awesome deals!
Region as well! bout to sell my 980ti for maybe 270$ usd
Ive seen 1080Ti's already here for 575 USD
It's a GREAT time to buy used gpus! That's for sure! haha
I did buy from craigslist! haha I met a really cool dude on their who happened to have a few 970s and so I bought them and a couple gtx 960s and a gtx 1060 which is coming to a build here really soon! Stay tuned!
Nice build, hows the ram?
Thanks! The ram works great and is plenty fast!
I underestimated the ram...
Have no fears about building decent gaming pcs with ddr3 ram. It is still plenty fast enough for gaming. And if you pair it with a new ssd, you will have a really smooth and snappy experience altogether!
I'm just interested where you got that 970 for $125 XD
That, but really you made a pretty sweet build.
Before the mining thing I regularly saw them for 125 on craigslist, that is a thing of the past for now
I am seeing them for anywhere between $125-$150 currently, in my local used parts market!
Yeah, the mining brought the prices up, and now it's dead and the market hasn't fully recovered. Damn.
It's not the best out of the box for this case. However, if you move the fans to the inside of the fan mounts, it dramatically gets better.
do you know where i can get that motherboard
Can I buy this from you
Where are you located?
