you may want to brace it somehow so as not to damage the motherboard. I recommend this one from puget systems, it screws on to a lower card slot. bracket

Great build love the titanic graphic card and it looks like the titanic its sinking lol. Throw something under it to give it some lift like a push up bra would !

i will , haha. Thanks :D

you should put something under the right side of the card to prevent the card sag, other than that, it's beautiful.

i already thought about it, but i dont know what at the moment and the MB has a metal PCI slot

Use a black straw....

Something as simple as THIS can prevent something like THIS

  • 1 point

the slots are made of metal, theyre more stable as it looks. But i will fix it

Yeah, never hurts to be safe :)

Also perfect 90 degree angles look much nicer

Nice job man, but the GPU sag and random yellowness does detract (but do keep in mind I'm a nitpicky ***)

  • 1 point

Thanks! Yeah i know, but the pc should not be only white, that why iinstalled the hue+ and the corsair sp120 rgb :) Believe me, its very color friendly

  • 1 point

Fair enough, but in that case I'd check out some of the more RGB-friendly cards that actually thought for a couple seconds before designing their backplates, so you can use all 16.8 million colours without clashing.

Great Build! I feel your pain with the GPU sag my build has them in SLI and the card is so heavy it sags. I tried an GPU brace but I found no luck

Looks awesome. Here are some possible solutions/suggestions: Puget-Systems-Universal-Acrylic-Brace $18-$20 Clear Acrylic. mnpctech.com-gpu-support-bracket $30-$40 Machined Aluminum. Atlas Graphics Card Brace $20. Then there is always LOG from BLAMMO!

  • 1 point

Thank you ! The Atlas Graphics Card Brace looks good! I will think about it:)

Or maybe the acrylic one

Coz ur the GPU is in what would be the third pcie slot. The GPU I/O back blank plate you took out from the case is just the right hight to support your GPU. Just tuck the L part under the back plate of the GPU up against the NZXT cable management shroud. Its the right hight and perfect to support the GPU

So Much Card Sag

Try fixing it by either A?) Prop it up B?) Find a safe area and pass a zip tie through that, and then through the back panel where the wires mainly are.

Maybe it'll help?

why u no strix 1080 for rgb?

  • 1 point

I like the zotac more :) almost 2,1ghz

And im not a color fanatic, im okay with color differences

RGB is over rated. That RGB trend needs to go already

Whats next RGB PSU (Crap They Have That)

RGB Speakers (**** they have that to)

RGB Cat5 Cables?

I was kidding PC. Personally I liked keyboard and mouse rgb but now its getting ridiculous. RGB internal lights but all the motherboard things is not for some

  • 1 point

I ment RGB because the zotac is yellow and grey. I guess you could just get a new backplate though. Still looks amazing! +1

  • 1 point

Why do zotac heatsinks have to be so massive XD

and the lenght xD

You may be able to fix the card sag without a prop or random zip ties. Lift up on the card when you're tightening the thumb screw on the slot on you case. It'll at least prop it up a bit more without any other add ons.

Its already at the highest point i could screw it, ill look for something :)

The reflective light on the ram makes it look at the more yellow, looks rather snazzy. Good job mayn.

Well, these pictures definitely prove that MSI does not have the patent for the PCI-E slot reinforcements and only Gigabyte does.

That video card looks like a freaking tank, holy cow. By the sag of it, it must weigh as much as a tank, too. Love it. +1

  • 1 point

yeah, its heavy haha!

  • 1 point

So how well does the zotac run? I've heard mixed reviews on zotac parts.

My friend has no problems so far :) everything is cool and fast. Everything on ultra and no problems

  • 1 point

Dont get why you have such visual card sag....I would have assumed your mobo had reinforcing. Anyway check out this link, I researched a few years back gpu props and came up with what you'll find in the pics.

Hope it helps
