Updated some fans and an SSD, added another stick of RAM. Forgot, Coolermaster Storm Enforcer Case. Looking to upgrade mobo, graphics card, processor, or monitor. Which is my bottleneck?

Want to update, do not own good speakers yet either. Have an 800 dollar budget. However, I like music so I'm torn between games and getting a proper audio card and speakers.

If you want to upgrade your GPU, you should go for a GTX 970 or 980. There's no point in upgrading and still getting a 760 imo.

You have 16gb ram, an unlocked i5, a 500gb SSD! And... a very, VERY, midrange graphics card. Get a gtx 970 or 980 (However, if you have the budget, get sli 970s as opposed to one 980, as it costs only $100 more, and In games that have sli support they absolutely wreck a gtx 980.

If you are wondering, sli 970s costs about $650

I see two options for you. You can stick with the unlocked i5 as most games today an i5 is more than capable of handling although some newer games are starting to take advantage of more than 4 cores. By and large your GPU is more than likely your bottleneck. So option one is to get an i7 4790K or higher processor and a GTX 970 which will fit into your $800 budget nicely or keep your i5 and get 2 970s. That would be the routes I would take with your build. Interested to see what you end up doing.
